Nicknamed “the Pied Piper with a Boom Box” by the LA Times, Kellee is the writer, director, producer, and curriculum co-author for all of KidTribe’s productions and programs. In 2010 she received the Community Leadership Award from President Obama’s Council. She also won a Broken Glass Ceiling Award from Palm Springs Women in Film for her contributions in children's television. An inspiring keynote speaker, Kellee shares her uplifting stories about her dedication to the youth. She’ s also hip-hop-hooped with millions of kids around the world, including the White House Easter Egg Roll throughout the entire Obama administration and the Nickelodeon Worldwide Day of Play.
A recent TEDx speaker, Dr. Gale has been an educator for over 30 years. She co-authors KidTribe’s curricula and has earned 2 BA’s in Liberal Arts & Youth Ministry, an MA in Administration, an Ed.S in School Psychology, and an Ed.D. in Curriculum & Instruction. She holds a Multi-Subject Teaching Credential for Preschool to Adult, and a Credential in School Psychology. She also helped author the Quality Indicators for Inclusion in After-School Programming and the After-School Physical Activity Guidelines for the California Department of Education. The Executive Director of You(th) Kan, a 501(c)3 organization and KidTribe's fiscal sponsor, Gale oversees KidTribe's grants.
Gordon is a rising star on the stand-up comedy circuit and kids just love him. He can be seen in the films Spiderman 2 and From Where The Opera Sings and in episodes of Glee and Austin & Ally. Featured in too many commercials to count, he stars in just about every single video KidTribe has produced. Gordon has been on tour performing with KidTribe since 2010, hooping it up at thousands of schools across the US as well as the White House Easter Egg Roll, Nickelodeon Worldwide Day of Play, the Great ShakeOut's #SHAKEmob and Boo2Bullying rallies. When he's not inspiring kids, he's recording podcasts and developing an original TV show. He also knows every word to every song ever made.
